Em termos de hotelaria e turismo, o que sabem sobre nós? 

Nomes de algumas cadeias hoteleiras, notícias correntes, histórias de amigos, entre outros pormenores...

Referimo-nos a números, a indicadores, a levantamentos ou a factos.

Pois bem, fiquem com uma ideia mais concreta sobre a nossa situação.

O Turismo de Portugal indica os seguintes valores para 2014:

• 2.048 estabelecimentos hoteleiros em Portugal  

1.121 são hotéis;

• 339 estabelecimentos hoteleiros em Lisboa

224 são hotéis: 

25 com 5 estrelas;

88 com 4 estrelas; 

58 com 3 estrelas;

43 com 2 e 1 estrela.

 (Segundo a Hostelworld, existem 157 hostels em Lisboa)

• 9.316,0 milhares de hóspedes estrangeiros, que visitaram as terras lusitanas: 

Reino Unido 1.580,4

Espanha 1.442,4

França 999,5

Alemanha 984,3

Brasil 579,2

Holanda 431,7

E.U.A 360,1

Itália 355,2

Irlanda 236,0

Bélgica 214,6

Outros 2.132,5

• A nível geográfico, a procura em 2014 demonstrou-se desta forma

• 7.075,7 milhares de euros foi o saldo da balança turística:

10.393,9 foram receitas turísticas;

3.318,3 foram despesas turísticas;

• Por fim deixamos um balanço (bastante positivo) sobre o Desempenho Turístico em Portugal
